Commercial
Construction services for commercial buildings, workplaces and business premises.

Hi-End Projects was born out of the success of the wider Yang Group, originally based in Western Australia. Across multiple facets of the Construction Industry the Yang Group is widely known as a premier manufacturer, supplier and contractor across Australasia.
The Yang Group has a rich history in the supply of Glass and glazing components, architectural acoustic products, Anodises WA, Briggs Veneer and Briggs Beyond joinery products along with Top End Ceilings — widely renowned as Western Australia's go to partition and lining contractor.
On the back of the continued success of these organisations and the demand from stakeholders, the group leader and founder George Yang saw an opportunity to couple the success of the wider group's construction knowledge and manufacturing experience and forge a pathway in offering boutique building and construction services after completing multiple commercial and residential projects in house. Hi-End Projects has now become a premier building contractor across New South Wales specialising in complex bespoke commercial and residential projects.
George Yang has assembled a respected New South Wales based team with broad experience across the residential and commercial construction sectors.
Hi-End Projects delivers commercial, hospitality, retail and residential projects across Sydney, with experience spanning new builds, refurbishments, fitouts, hotel works, heritage upgrades and multi-storey Class 2 residential buildings.
Our services extend beyond construction delivery to include project management, consultancy, early cost advice, design coordination and practical buildability input.
We focus on becoming involved early, communicating clearly and working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to provide structure, certainty and accountability from planning through to completion.
Our experience includes:
The Yang Group Family
Trusted brands behind Australia's construction and manufacturing excellence
We believe in clear communication from the beginning of a project. This means being upfront about cost, programme, scope and project risks so clients can make informed decisions.
We take responsibility for the work we deliver and the advice we provide. Our focus is on doing things properly, maintaining accountability and building long-term trust with our clients and project partners.
We bring practical construction knowledge, project experience and structured management to each project. Our team understands the importance of coordination, planning and execution from early design through to completion.
Hi-End Projects primarily focuses on commercial, hospitality and retail construction projects. We also undertake high-end bespoke residential projects.
Our services range from construction delivery through to project management and consultancy services. We aim to become involved as early as possible so we can assist clients with cost planning, design coordination, procurement, programming and construction methodology.
By working closely with all project stakeholders, we help provide clear direction, reduce uncertainty and support better project outcomes.
